Welcome to our forum Valek; The reason you are having trouble finding the Iberia .40 S&W might be because it is sold through Hi-Point. Most of us have seen the Hi-Points from neighbors, or distant relatives.
Hi-points are definitely not the highest quality pistols on the market. I know that's groundbreaking information, considering the $130 pricetag for a new gun. Some of them work pretty well, some of them don't work well, and some don't work. I live not too far from the Hi-Point headquarters (not the manufacturing site, although some of them aren't too far away either), and there are a lot of hi points sold around here. I even here some people liked shooting them. I shot one, but I didn't like it. It felt heavy, chunky and awkward, and this coming from a guy that likes Rugers.
I have shot my friend's 9mm carbine, and it shoots pretty well. It was 100% reliable no problems for the 200+ rounds I shot through it that day. Once sighted in, it was quite accurate too. Not as refined as some other carbines out there, but for ~$150, I wouldn't expect it to be either.
