Sacramento: 2nd Amendment Doesn't Apply

The City of Sacramento will consider whether to file a brief in support of the Chicago handgun ban case to be heard by the Supreme Court in March. The City Council believes the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution does not apply to the states or cities.

The City Council will consider the matter Tuesday, December 15 at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 915 I Street, Sacramento.

Perhaps the City of Sacramento should consider whether they like the remaining 9 amendments in the Bill of Rights.

ML; In my opinion, The Elected Officials in Sacramento, should be charged with high treason and sentence to hang. That would put an end to this bickering about our rights.
