Guardian Pistols
North American Arms 6 + 1 Round 32ACP w/Integral Locking System/California Legal
The Guardian 32 ACP is one of the few guns that fits comfortably in your pocket. The combination of small size, high quality, and great stopping power have made it the most popular.

I remember when NAA first brought out the Guardian. It was based heavily on the Seecamp .32 because at that time the Seecamps were virtually unobtainable and were backordered for many, many months. The Seecamp was literally built around the Winchester Silvertip. All it's feeding geometry was optimized for the smooth feeding of a round that, while devistatingly potent as a manstopper, was notorious for jamming in many firearms. I believe the Guardian was built to feed the Silvertip as well. But that was several years ago and I have slept a few times since then.

Thanks Boomer; I have vaguely known about these pocket sized pistols, but I have always been on track of mid size to full sized handguns, until I started to think about my options for downsizing my carry pieces.
I will look again at the the Seecamp .32 and see what I can find.

That where a huge amount of interest is in the U.S., given the spread of CHL to many states.

I was in Sportsmans Warehouse here in Lewisville one day (before it went out of business and nearly broke my heart [there was this checkout girl...]). I saw the Guardian in the case and asked to see it. I had the Seecamp in my pocket. I was telling the clerks about teh Seecamp and they asked to see it. I handed them the gun in the pocket holster and told them that there was "one in the chamber".
They compared the fit and finish to the Seecamp, and guess who was clearly the winner? Sometimes you do get what you paid for.
Oh, I did buy a lot of reloading supplies, targets, ammo, and a few guns, not to mention some optics, so it wasn't my fault they went out of business. (Should have asked that checkout girl for her phone number...whoops forgot - I was old enough to be her grandfather, and I'm married!!!)
