Ran into an old arms dealer last week. Well, that is a bit of sensationalism, he was actual an old gun shop owner.
The topic of small pocket pistols came up. He raved about the Ravens that he used to sell. (Yes, pun intended). Then the son took over and started producing the pistols under the Jennings name. He complained that all the Jennings that he had received always had pitted barrels and he sent them all back.
He went on to say the the Ravens were a quality little gun and he never had complaints about them. However, the Jennings "were complete junk". Sure wish I'd gotten the Ravens instead of the Jennings.
