It arrived today from Pyramyd Air. I ordered it so long ago that I don't remember doing it. Knowing it was out of stock and I'd be at the bottom of the list, I used Paypal thinking that if I used a credit card, it would likely have expired. Buying over the Internet, sight unseen is always dangerous. You have no idea what you are ordering. This thing is about the size of the Magnum Research Desert Eagle. Fortunately, I have big hands. Here is a link to the specs: www.pyramydair.com/s/m/Weihrauch_HW_75/46#This is a single-stroke pneumatic much like my Beeman P17, which cost 1/10th the amount. Like the P17 it is a pain in the butt to load the pellet. However the pistol has adjustable sights, and in spite of all the other things I needed to get done, I just couldn't wait to shoot it. I shot it off-hand, and the accuracy of my shooting was comparable with air pistols costing 4X as much. On the Beeman, the hammer releases the upper part to allow cocking. The HW75 has a separate lever and the hammer is used to cock the pistol (or to dry fire it if you so desire). This is a fine air pistol, which I kind of expected considering that it came from Germany and the price (it isn't a Gamo). Was it worth the wait? You bet.

Love those walnut grips. Sharp looking pea-shooter.
