I have purchased this older pistol from a friend at the gun club which is coming with a 6" barrel on it. There's a spare barrel in the nice handmade box that it comes with. Looks like a model 71 or 72 but cannot seem to find any info on the net about it anywhere. Fires very well with even the cheap Remington ammo. I am still waiting for the permit from the RCMP which should be here next week we suspect. It will be 3 weeks on Wed which is unusually long for a transfer. Does anyone here know anything about them. Even Beretta seems to have nothing on them.

I never heard of it. What caliber is it? I'm assuming it is a semi-auto. Correct?
Google doesn't help.

......I have listing for a Model 948.The grip displays Beretta instead of of the earlier "PB" monogram.
......A Photo or any markings would be most helpful. I you don't have an image provider, but a facebook account, you can upload an image on one my facebook pages from your desk top files. Just lay the pistol across your printer glass, scan it, and place in a desk top. ...I will copy it from facebook, and upload it to my Image Provider Library.

My Bad as it is a model 948 which I received just this evening. Paperwork finally arrived to-day for the pickup of it. It has both barrels as well. This one was born in 1955 according to the side stamp on it. I do have a new scanner but have not used it yet. If it will do it then I will be happy to send you guys pics for sure. This is why I didn't send my truck pics and I am not good at this at all and usually screw it up. I am not on Facebook as there's too many scary stories about what can happen. This is a 22 cal LR ammo pistol that shoots virtually any brand. Good as I have around 1500 rounds of Federal in stock right now and maybe 1200 of CCI also. Ammo is NO problem here thankfully and has not been either.

I took to the club to-night and showed a few folks just how well it fired. The offers started pouring in and I ended up making $125.00 profit on it real quick. About 10 minutes is all it took. Its a wee bit small for my hand size but the new owner who is a young lad 13 was a perfect fit with it. This boy has been shooting with us for a while now in skeet, trap, long rifle and handgun. He is really good already and has been well trained also. He has even fired my 45apc last year and was dead on accurate with it as well.

blueglass; If I knew that you wanted to sell this pistol, maybe we could have come up with a ready made sales pitch before hand. ;D

I have a very good reputation at my gun club for some strange reason on selling guns. Dosen't seem to matter Long gun or Pistols. Whenever I announce I might sell one of my toys or even show it to others they all line up and make serious offers to buy it. I seem to run across the unusual stuff a lot and make money on them. I never lose on them and I never cheat the other guys either. I do know the values of them so its easy to sell them actually.
