I really doubt if Remington Arms, or whatever it is called these days, will move out of Ilion. MY, but I wouldn't be surprised that rather than expanding their existing facilities that they create new facilities in another state that is right-to-work. As I mentioned before, at Remington if I was working on their computer system and the printer ran out of paper, I had to wait for them to go get a union worker to change the paper in the printer.
That reminds me though of an incident when IBM's System Engineer, a young good looking woman that wore short skirts, was there when I was at one time, and the printer ran out of paper. She went to put paper in it and I stopped her and told her she couldn't. The computer operators were frantically waving me off. She said: "Nonsense, I always do it." She then proceeded to bend over, with her short skirt not hiding much, and put paper in the printer while the computer operators watched with great enjoyment hoping their wives didn't have a headache that night. I digress, but not for the first, or probably last, time.

Most of these young gals know what they are doing when they do these things. It was the same in my office as well. Hope it never stops as well. Picture big smile here.
