I am also very pleased to see us all back here this can be the best forum on the net if we make it this way. I am sure we can as well. With the good weather here now I will shoot virtually every day of the week now for the next 8-9 months or so. I average around 200 rounds a day on the range and just love it as well.

I usually buy my ammo at Walmart. The Federal 525 Bulk packs are around $23.95 per box here. My 9mm's which are usually made by me as well as my 45's also. In the store here they are around the $24.00 each for a box of 50 which I find expensive but good for the brass anyways. The 9's and 45's come from our only gunshop here in London Ontario. Its the only place that sells these calibres for around 30 miles. London has near 400,000 people and only one gunshop. He is expensive as he can get away with it.

.....I did most of my shooting when the .45 acp ammo was $10. dollars for a box of 50 rounds.
.....I bought up a lot ammo from those that was selling certain pistols, in the calibers that I was using.

WE still are paying heavy prices for the good ammo like CCI or Wolf in 22 cal. A brick of 500 is around the $50.00 mark at this time. That hurts a bit I can tell you and its very hard to find as well. All caused by Obama the Dork with his stupid idea's on gun control.

...Blueglass; For some odd reason, I saw to rise in ammo cost before it happened. I began shooting pellet pistols to save on ammo and it helped to keep me occupied. I have a Daisy BB pistol which knocks cans down at 25 Feet. Holds around 15 rounds at once and is easy to re-load when I need to. It has a descent trigger on it and I was lucky to get it for $20.00 at a gun show a few years ago now. The cops stopped me that day as someone told them I was packing a real gun in the trunk. They had a good chuckle when I showed them as it even had a trigger gaurd on it. Showed them my license and went down the road with it.
