Anyone seen this pistol in any caliber? Looks like part of Sig's continuing effort to make a compact pistol. Must weigh about 28 to 33 ounces... world.guns.ru/handguns/hg119-e.htm

Hey Callahan, I'm not interested in the pistol since it is DAO, but that is a great web site. I hadn't been there before.

It has a 9 lb. D. A. trigger but the magazine capacity is 15 rounds. With a 9 lb. trigger and a 15 rd. mag capacity, one's trigger finger should get quite a workout at the range. It cannot be any worse than my double action CO2 pellet pistols, and I rapid fire those through several hundred shots within a single shooting session. I just think some manufacturers might be stepping out of their own boundaries, when they should remain with what they are known best for. This sometimes tarnishes a well earned image and reputation of some companies. Many companies are very successful when transitioning manufacturing alternatives with the polymer steel reinforced frames; Sig might have a winner, if they can sell the lockwork design of the pistol to potential buyers. So Far; The pile of polymers are very popular, and growing, with H&K, Glock, Walther, S&W, Springfield, and several others. Beginning to look like a Polymer Stampede on the forged frame industry.

I never noticed that SIG before. Looks mighty similar to an H&K USP compact though... SIG H&K Cousins perhaps? ;D
