Was searching for deals today and was just about to pick up a cherry CZ75 for $320.00 when I decided to check one more store.
I noticed a used but excellent C6 LDA marked for $599.00. I told the dealer Id give him $500.00 on the spot and he took it.
Haven't had much time to play with it yet but take down and reassembly were a snap.
Ive read xaviers review and Im a bit concerned about some of his wear and tear jamming issues encountered (as I posesses zero ability to file away the problems as he did).
I also picked up an extra Mcormick 10rd mag for range work and back up. Out the door with three boxes of ammo (two for free) and the extra mag for $575.00.
Im hoping to adopt this into my primary CCW soon (although Im still thinking about that CZ75 for some extra 9mm range work if anyone has any input on that idea I'd appreciate it).
I think in time Ill prefer this to either the Taurus PT111 or my Sig P239 (assuming I can work out the problems like others have)
My brother has the Para 9mm P18 LDA and we are hoping to go shooting tomorrow so Ill have some shooting impressions soon.
Cheers

I put about 175 rounds through it today. Winchester 230Gr (100), Independance 230 Gr (50) and Corbon 180 Gr (25).
I should begin by saying the gun was fairly dirty when I bought it, and I didnt bother cleaning it before hand. The slide was over-oiled and gummy while the feed ramp etc were bone dry. The "nooks and crannies" appeared to have never been cleaned as if the previous owner had never heard of a q-tip, tooth brush, or finger nail.
Reliability: Three Jams all on the winchester, two of them came from the additional Mccormick 10RD mag I bought and one of them was in one of the factory 6rd mags. All three james were failure to feeds and quckly went into battery with a tug on the slide. (feed ramp issue? Opinions please??)
Overall Id say the previous owner fired the weapon less than 800-900 rounds so it may not even be broke in good yet.
Recoil: More managable than a .357 snubby but less managable than a mid sized 9mm. Id say it is on par with a Kahr pm9 or one of the super light J-frame .38's such as the 442/642.
Accuracy: The weapon is certainly more accurate than I am. I was able to maintain 3 inch groups at 5 yards, 4 inch groups at 7 yards, and at 15 yards the groups were around 6 inches depending on the speed I was shooting at. At 25 yards the groups were pretty much 8inches with two flyers I had that missed completely (out of about 20-25rds at that distance).
Fear not however, I had my brother with me and when he fired it he managed to put 10 rounds into a two inch group at 15 yards on his first try. He handed it back to me, shruged his shoulders said "it shoots" and continued to shoot the center out of target after target at 25 yards using his Para ordinance P18 9mm. (he actually had a crowd of about 6 people standing behind the glass watching him by the end). He was getting tired shooting his rounds through the empty hole in the middle and kept stopping to put stickers on it...finally giving up and just trying to shoot the edges of the hole and making it large and larger..then he said "I cant get any better" and walked off.
Heft: I have now carried it for 2 days and I must say it is a joy to carry, much better than the Sig P239 and on par with the Kahr k-9 that went to my father.
Ill give it a good clean and oil and report back in a couple weeks after putting another couple hundred rounds through it.
