OK, local dealer has a bunch of 220s from SigArms, used in shows I'm told. Never fired, I checked. Slide has been racked a few times by folks examining it from what I can tell by examining the outside of the barrel. Very minor marks on slide that may even buff out, don't know. Some may have no marks at all.
Here's the deal: Stainless P220 with accessory rail, Hogue grips and night sites -- $669 plus tax.
Good deal or no?

I was just pricing some sigs recently. New ones around here go for $775-800 for the stainless variety. add ~$50-75 for night sights + Houges
Blued ~$650 + ~$50-75 for night sights.
For the condition you describe, it seems like a good deal.

Callahan; It would be best to check the prices on Gunbroker (adding in FFL transfer fees and shipping costs) and all the shops and stores in your local area. My brother priced the brand new Langdon 220 below $1,000. at our local range; I think he bought one. I'm waiting on him to email the exact price on this one. I usually see the New condition pre-owned alloy frame, stamped slide, German 220s go for no more than $500. here. The stainless frame SST model is more of a shooting Sig than it is a carry Sig, but you already have your carry Sig with the 239. The gun might have came from the annual SHOT Show, Sigarms Booth, where alot of Sigs are put on display with the firing pins removed. With what the Langdon model already has done to it, and it's spanking brand new, for a few hundred more dollars....... Let me see what the Langdon fetches for down here before I give my nod at $669. Doing the Math; It might be better to build a shooter from a regular Stainless 220 if the Langdon goes beyond the $1,000. mark. You might have a good offer on this one.

I checked at the Range today and they are asking $1009. for the Langdon Sig 220. That is a difference of $340. on the gun your looking at; Would the difference be worth putting toward the Langdon?

I priced a new P220 in stainless for $730 on Saturday. That's about all I would be willing to go on that gun. It's not quite what I want after all...
