Has any one loaded CPB 335 Gr. in 454. I did some about 5 yrs. ago but know that what was considered safe then is not now. Due to Ruger and taurus not being as strong as others. I have two BFR DM series pistols. One ten inch with Mag-naport 4 slot, Luepold 2.5 to 8, action job and chambers numbered and a 6.5 with same except for scope. any information would be appreciated. Thanks. Sorry about the rambling around. Dogman

Thanks Sontarget I have already done that and everyone is cutting back the loads because of the Rugers and Taurus guns are weaker. 5 years ago it was 28 grs of 296 now it is 26 max. The cylinder of the BFR is bigger in diamater and longer than the Freedom Arms, but without knowing the exact metalurgy or heat treatment, it's hard to justify, I guess I will try one and chronograph it and check pressure. Been reloading for 40 years and have not had to pull any apart yet due to not being stupid.
