This a CDNN German Police trade-in that has been gone through by Hk and then graded by them. This is a grade A. I have never fired any of the P7 series, so the squeeze cocker may take a little getting used to. I have only heard good things about these, so I thought I would try one out since there are a bunch of them just released into the market. I am going to try to get some range time with it tomorrow.

TA, I just got back in town and read about your recent addition. (I went to Tampa for the week to spend quality time with the grand-daughters, one of which was good enough to share her cold with me. What are you supposed to say when a 2 year old sneezes in your face?). So, did you get to shoot it as planned?
I think I mentioned that when I purchased the P7M8 Jubilee, my dealer was talking on the phone. I was looking on her shelves and found the P7 PSP, which I purchased and have shot. (I haven't nor will I shoot the P7M8).
Personally, I don't shoot the P7 very well, but my brother loved it, and others have shot it well. I think the problem with me is that it requires me to squeeze more with my right hand than I normally do. That results in me messing up my trigger finger control.
One thing interesting in comparing the P7 to the Wilson Combat ADP is that the P7 will heat up when shooting it, and the ADP doesn't do that. I've never shot the P7 to the point of failure i.e. the cylinder needs cleaning. In case you aren't aware, the ADP has the same type of piston/cylinder to delay the opening that the P7 has, but is not a squeeze cocker.
I'm interested to hear your perspective.

I was kind of hoping that after being away for a couple of weeks that someone would have a new handgun to review. Nice one TA. Looking forward to hearing your range report.
I'd love to try one. I expect that the squeeze cocker would mess up my aim though.

I did do the obligatory 1 magazine down range. The only reason I didn't keep shooting is because the gun only came with 1 magazine and I'm lazy. We did get a bunch of used PSP magazines in, so I am set now, but haven't had the chance to get out with it again. The first 2 shots were way low but within 1 inch of each other. All of the rest were pretty well on target without me noticeably changing anything. I can see I need to get used to the squeezecocker. As was said, it does make you firm up your strong hand which in turn, can affect trigger control. The trigger reach was very different for me too. After shooting Sigs lately with their 5 mile long reach, I had to really focus to not grab too much trigger on the PSP. I don't know how well it will grow on me, but it will remain part of my collection, just because of what it is and they are not made anymore.

TA, have you tried the Wilson Combat ADP? It has the delayed blow-back the same as the P7, but doesn't have the squeeze cocker. The other difference is that it doesn't get hot when shooting it the way the P7 does. (You may have not noticed that yet).
Did you notice that when you loaded a new magazine, all you have to do is squeeze the cocker and it will release the slide? I thought that was kind of cool.
If my brother didn't live in NY, I think I'd give him the P7 PSP because it was his favorite.

Yeah, I didn't get to the warm stage. ;D
I have not had the opportunity to get my hands on an ADP yet. There are no Wilson dealers in our area. That was one of my goals when i started this business; to bring high end 1911's to the area. There is more money within 50 miles of our location than the rest of the state of Ohio. There are a lot of shooters in this area. Whenever I asked a local shop about Wilson, the reply was usually about the lack of a market for it, followed up by "wanna see a nice Kimber?". I plan on developing the market for it, eventually.
