Might be a good investment.
When I was in Tampa, the range we shot at had one of the Springfield M1's in the wodden crate with the special stock. There was a sign on it that it wasn't for sale. So if I owned a gun shop, this would be a neat thing to have on display.
I got a flyer from AIM this week, but it didn't show this item. I guess they show things on-line that they don't show in their flyers.

With the 210 being in there, and the fact that they were assembled by Hammerli and SIG, matching serial numbers, I would think that $6,000. is not bad. The wood grips also look to be Nills. I hate walking away from something like this.

I'd be too tempted to shoot them...

I'd be too tempted to shoot them... I KNOW that I'd shoot them if I had them. Too rich for me anyway. I've got another porch to demo and rebuild, and two paver walkways and a patio to install. That should come to about the same amount. Somehow, it doesn't sound like nearly as much fun as owning a Sig collection.

Dan's Ammo had that set for sale for quite a while. I just checked and it is no longer listed on their site. I wonder if they sold it to AIM? I can'e believe there are that many of those out there.

5OT, thanks for this thread. I had just received their flyer in the mail from AIM, and they didn't show the set that you referred to.
When I went to their web-site, I saw that they had a CZ-83, which wasn't in their flyer. They just had the CZ-82 there. Since I have a lot of 32ACP ammo, and I don't have anything that I like shooting in that caliber, I ordered the CZ-83.

I've got a pair of the CZ82's, and handled an 83 (basically the same gun, just available in different calibers and marketed to the public, not the military). IMO, the 82s are as great buy, and I like the 9x18 better than .32 and .380. With the steel frame, recoil is very minimal, I'd imagine almost nonexistent when shooting .32's
