They sent me an email too. I don't have one (can't think of anyone who does), but have been passing the info around.

The question I have is what are they going to do in order to correct it? Are they going to make the trigger pull even worse?
I'm not too thrilled with the thought of sending the gun back to them - especially since I already did a little work on the trigger.

I had forgotten that you had one. I should have known better.
I recall that the email said that they were replacing parts that wouldn't be returned. They may swap out your finely tuned sear...

MLB, do you know how many guns I have? Well, neither do I. ;D
I do know how many guns that I have dropped: ZERO
I'm thinking that I just won't let anyone else shoot it, because if I did and they dropped it, and I got sued, the fact I didn't return it to Ruger could be a problem.
I did some work on the trigger, but it still sucks. It is no where near as good as my Glocks. However, I didn't pay through the nose for after market parts either.
