The recall notice states that the Glock may accidentally discharge; I wonder how many already has, if any. Still, Plastic Holsters for Plastic Guns might find the Fashionable need for Plastic Belts, something Mattel Toys did during the Sixies to replace the leather holsters and belts on the Fanner Fifty Shootin Shell Series.

Seems like if you just followed the directions you wouldn't shoot yourself. But I guess everybody has to protect themselves from frivolous lawsuits these days.

I don't like the idea of anything being inside of the trigger guard while it's strapped to my side. Especially with a hangun with a trigger activated safety release

According to an instructor this weeekend the Fobus with clearance for lights/lasers makes it easier to stick one's finger in the trigger guard.
Press down with hand, boom. They aren't defective, its a user error.

Bianchi had a similar internal retention device, on a line of holsters, that latched over the front of the trigger guard.
