Has anyone every tried using Break Free CLP as a cleaner. In the AGI videos he always uses Simple Green as a cleaner and Break Free as a lubricant after the gun was clean.
Tonight I noticed that my Schofield didn't get cleaned during my to-do's prior to the China trip. It was really dirty. The CLP was next to it, and just for the heck of it I sprayed some on a patch and ran it through the barrel. I was amazed at the amount of dirt that came out on the patch. On the bottle they said something about leaving it over night so I'm going to try it and see what it looks like tomorrow.

Notes: (copied from CLP online add)
This removes firing residue, carbon deposits and other contaminants.
Composed of more than 15 chemicals including synthetic oils, solvents, rust inhibitors, and pressure additives.
It also eliminates the need for separate applications of power solvents, bore cleaners, gun oils, and greases.
Can be used on rifles, pistols, and shotguns.
im not sure but i think it has teflon in it? this means i can't use it on my P-9, a half polymer gun, because it'll ruin the finish
