Here is a video demonstration: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zos_7e-c4t0After the Shot Show, we had a customer begging us to get these magazine loaders. They are made by Maglula in Israel and imported by Butler Creek. It took quite a while to get set up with Butler Creek, but we have them now and they have proven to be extremely popular. It is universal and will work on most handgun magazines with at least 8mm between the feed lips. They are pretty slick and make fast work on loading. The only thing I don't like is that you need a hard surface to push down on. With the HKS loaders, you can hols the magazine and loader with one hand, unsupported. But, the HKS loaders are more model specific. Maglula also makes various rifle magazine loaders and unloaders. I have used the one for the M16/AR15 and it is really nice! You just operate the lever back and forth while dropping the rounds into place.

TA, I ordered one and am looking forward to trying it out. For some reason (can't be my good looks - maybe its the 460XVR in my pocket), I seem to take quite a few women shooting. They typically have trouble loading magazines. The funniest one was the daughter of one of my wife's best friends. She was going for her Master's in some college in Denver. She came over - I took her to the zoo - shopping- shooting. She was using the SA Heritage in 22LR and just couldn't get the hang of loading it. As usually happens - I did the loading. The funniest thing was when we were taking her to the airport. My wife asked her what was the best part of her trip. She replied: "shooting the gun". My wife couldn't believe that shooting a gun could be more fun than shopping at Neiman Marcus. Heck of a lot less expensive I might add too. Anyhow, thanks for keeping us informed on what is new and available out there. Your membership/comments are greatly appreciated.

Thank you TMan! I appreciate your business and feedback.
I don't like to post here pushing our products. This is more of a family atmosphere, more like, hang your hat, sit in front of the fire and chew the fat. But I do see some interesting items occasionally that I like to showcase.
I look forward to your observations of the UpLula. We have gotten many comments of guys throwning their other loaders away after using this. It does work well.

Thanks DA. I really wanted to say that, but it wasn't my place to do so. TA is right though, this forum is sort of a family place.
I'd forgotten that he had the web-site, and it has changed a lot since I was last there. I'd much rather buy from him than I would from another supplier because he contributes here. Providing, of course, that his prices weren't outrageous - I'm cheap. Don't believe me? Want my kids e-mail address? They will tell you. ;D

What I like about TA is the fact that one is dealing straight with someone who knows what will fit and for what gun; With so many production changes being made, this is very important. He is also experienced in the field with his products. I'm very happy and proud to him him here.

Hey TA, this thing really does work great. So far I haven't found a magazine that it won't work on.
Suggestion: when you mail these out, send a few business cards with them. Today I was asked where I got it from and all I could think of was "TA". I hope it was residual jet lag and not old age.
I was shooting the STI Targetmaster today and I let a couple of people shoot it. They asked me where I got it from and I was able to give them business cards that Sportingarms gave me. Incidentally, the Targetmaster has a fantastic trigger - right from the factory. I shoot it as well as I do any of my higher dollar pistols.

We are supposed to send business cards on all orders. Normally we include one card. We used to throw 2-3 in every order, but we were burning through boxes of them, so I cut it back to one. I figured most people are tossing them in the trash. Bummer, I halfway hoped that the reviews would come back "eh." Now I have to get one ;D Keep an eye out for my order TA... We are told end of September for the next arrival of UpLula's.

See how that works? You try to step back from the bleeding edge to the cutting edge... and stumble back to the butterknife.
Ah well, I'm patient. Talk to you in a couple of months.
