I just installed the new Chip McCormick trigger in the Sistema today, and i just wanted to say it's a heck of a trigger! You can adjust both pretravel and overtravel on it, making it into a verrrry nice trigger action. It's right up there with the Dlask in my book, for a heck of a lot less money. (The Dlask is still my favorite though) Feel free to move this to the modifications forum after a few days.....

Xavier; I would bet that it is alot less to install than the Dlask. The take up adjustment is a very important to me.

The trigger shoe did not have to be fitted like the Dlask, other than that, it took about the same. The McCormick trigger required a bit more work on the INSIDE of the stirrup. It was punched metal, and the stirrup dragged on the magazine. Take-up is what I called "pretravel" while trying to think of the right term. I was surprised to see that you could adjust the take-up on the McCormick trigger.
FWIW, I took the pistol out this AM and sighted it in. The front sight was worn enough to where I had to file down the rear a bit. I am starting to think I will stick with the original sights. The pistol will shoot a 5 leaf clover at 15 yards.
