This is kind of a wierd movie that is black and white with selected color within the movie (like lips or hair made red or gold when the rest of the picture is black and white) I don't think this movie is something most of you would enjoy, but it has a REAL clear shot of a Springfield Armory 1911, the words reflect in the light while they are in the car (i believe it was bruce willis's gun) made me think of you guys :-P I didn't like the movie at first, but it does seem better now that I think about it

Nicholas Cage used twin Springfield 1911s in the movie "Face Off" with John Travolta. The worst depiction of a 1911, in a movie, in my opinion, was in the movie "Cobra" with Sylvester Stallone. The best depiction of a 1911, in a movie, in my opinion, was in "The Lost Batallion" with Rick Shroeder.

just curious why you thought Cobra was bad for the 1911. i haven't seen it in a while though. i liked Saving Private Ryan at the end when the Captain (tom hanks) was wounded and shooting at the tank. You could tell the wounds had taken their toll on him and could see the kick the gun had (the first time i saw the movie i thought the handgun round had exploded the tank) apologies if someone else had mentioned this movie previously...
