www.ruger.com/LCPRecall/index.htmlGood Grief, first the SR-9 gets recalled and now the LCP. Doesn't it cost Ruger a lot to have these recalls? How about doing a drop test before ever releasing the first gun to the public. I'm still trying to figure out the logistics of getting my SR-9 into Ruger and getting it back while I'm home for Christmas.

mail it to me (ok, actually my ffl), I'll take care of it for you. I'll send it back to you when you get back to the states again. I'm going to bet that the turnaround time on this is going to be longer than you'll be in the states. I'll even test fire it for you after it is returned to make sure it functions properly

Sounds good to me. Have your FFL e-mail me a copy of his FFL as a PDF file so I can submit it with the gun. You are right, it probably will take longer than the 6 weeks I'll be home for vacation
However, you have to promise me that you won't shoot Blazers through it. I don't allow those in any of my guns. I also don't allow people to shoot Stingers in my 22's either.
