Came across this site rating the "best" 9mm handguns. Interesting reading, but an impossible mission.

I got a kick out of the #25 rated handgun. Had to bang the magazine on the table to get the lips into shape, but it's a "reliable" handgun. Sheesh.

Actually, I don't have a problem with the magazine lips having a problem. I've had that problem before and it doesn't have much to do with the gun itself. Personally, I've very impressed with the Hi-Point it is a cool design. The only thing I don't like about it is having to drive out a pin in order to field strip it. Pressing out a pin vs driving one out is a different story, and I don't have a problem with pressing one out.

I wouldn't put the CZ-75 as the first choice out of his list, but I'm not sure what I would rate the highest - more than likely the Stoeger Cougar. For the money it is a great buy.
