I put this set on my Mountain Gun and I am having a hard time taking them back off. They are really nice! This is a round butt to square butt conversion set. They were designed to resemble the older target stocks that were common on S&W revolvers decades back. The speedloader cut out was not common in the very early designs. These are not as big as the oversized Target Stocks or what was known as "Coke Bottle Grips". The Cokes got their name because the rear profile looks just like an old Coke bottle.
The grips are still mounted and time will tell if they make it back into inventory or not.
