Scratch one off the list: The Masterpiece Arms MP22T-A arrived today. It would have been nice if they had included a manual in the box. They don't have one on their web-site either.
It has a long plastic magazine, and I should find out how well it works in a couple of days. I'm going to call them to find out if they can e-mail me a PDF file of the manual.
To come to think of it, it didn't have a lock either, but came in a nice big plastic case. I'll take some pictures when I take it to the range. Right now I have to get out into the yard and get some plants planted or my you know what will be in a sling.

Wow, it takes some time to get some of these guns. I finally snagged a Raging Judge. It should be here by Friday, but I'm not sure I'll be able to pick it up until next week. It looks to me like it won't take the 3" magnum shells though. Of course if you shot someone with the shotgun shell, puny though it may be, you will definitely get their attention if the next round is 454 Casull.

That's a huge chunk of iron. I realize that it's just the large cylinder, but the trigger guard looks tiny!

What I don't understand is why you can't shoot 45ACP out of it. The S&W Governor is supplied with moon-clips. Why wouldn't Taurus do the same thing?
It will be interesting to compare it to the Ruger Alaskan, which also shoot 454 Casull or 45LC.

If this revolver can chamber the .45 colt cartridge, it might chamber the shorter .45 S&W revolver cartridge, but I'm not for mixing up cartridges that the firearm are not recommended to chamber, without the recommendations of the factory.
