I started with the .357 magnum revolver and went with the .45 acp Semi-Auto; sometimes I would carry both, in the S&W 640-1 & The Colt Officer Model.
Then came the Sig Sauer 357sig / .40 S&W, in the Sig Sauer P-239.
I mostly carry the .40 S&W in the Corbon round, in the P-239, because it's the only pistol that I leave out; The rest, I leave in the safes. The P-239 would also be a lot easier to replaced.

My first gun was a Ruger P94 in 40SW which I loaded with Hydra-Shok. That wasn't a CCW though. My next purchase was the Glock 27 for CCW. Again in 40SW and again I carried Hydra-Shok in it.
Just didn't dig that little Glock at all though so I ended up picking up the Kimber Ultra Carry II in 45ACP. Carried that for a long time. Just ball ammunition for the most part.
Decided to try the Glock 19 a little later and fell in love with the 9mm round. Carried Double Tap 124+p in that.
After that I added a Smith and Wesson 442 to the G19 and carried the Gold Dot 135gr +p. Ended up not liking just having that on me and rarely did I end up carrying both guns so the 442 doesn't get out much.
A little later I fell in love with the Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm and have been carrying that ever since. As far as ammunition the double taps were getting expensive as hell so I tried to move to something more cost effective to shoot more ( I shoot a lot of what I carry). Georgia Arms was my first choice but they are still having stock issues. Picked up a good bit of the Fiochi stuff as well as 1000 rounds of Winchester Ranger RA9TA (127gr. +p+). Liked the Ranger a lot better and it was about the same cost. Since the M&P eats everything I feed it I just went with a personal choice and chose the RA9TA. 18 rounds of 127gr. moving at 1250 fps is enough for me.
