Found my holy grail Sig!

This is an extremely rare P220 chambered in .30 Luger (7.65mm). The story is that a guy in Italy ordered it from Sauer an requested the wood grips in the order. He brought it over and sold it here unfired. It supposedly only has a couple hundred rounds through it and it looks like it. It is a JA coded gun which makes it circa 1980.

It must have virtually no recoil!

It is .30 Luger. It is a necked down cartridge that resembles .357SIG.

Are you talking about the pin in the slide serrations? That is two roll pins that retain the breech block.

Just when I though that I have seen that all; Now comes TA with teaching us lessons that I had idea that Sig Sauer even existed.

The wood grips on the pistol was a rarity at the time ;D ;D
