Should Obama be in D.C. for Memorial Day?

President Obama's decision to skip Monday's national ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, where there will be a wreath-laying at the Tomb of the Unknowns, has sparked a mini-controversy. The president's critics, among them national commentator Glenn Beck, say Obama should be in Washington and not back home in Chicago.

I'd rather he not go there. It is sort of hallowed ground where true Americans (ideology not birthplace) are buried there. No need for this clown to desecrate it by being there.

I'd rather he be on the golf course - especially if Gerald Ford is playing somewhere on the course.
