"Clothes, we don' need no stinkin' clothes!" ;D That, my friends, was every cowboy's dream back in the '70's!

I remember that movie. It was a bit cheesy - even as pizza westerns go - but no one seemed to notice for some reason.

There was one part in the movie, "Hannie Caulder", that gained my interest; string. This was when Hannie was building up her wrists, her hand grip, and her arms to handle a pistol. Her mentor, played by Robert Culp, had her used a dowel or stick, with string tied to it, with a rock tied to the other end of the string. Scan and Follow this clip to the 5 minute mark

I made my Weight Winder, about 15 years ago, using a 1' inch dowel, long boot laces, and various iron weights. I also have to use a grip master since I had my stroke.
