Had a lot of trouble zeroing in my .30-06 at the range, Shot a box of ammo. That shoulder pad I bought paid for itself. I had two rifles to check the zero on. The other is very accurate and was dead-on.
To give you an idea, my first shot did not even hit the paper at 100 yards. As I scoped the area, I noticed a hole in the target I had hung just to the right of the one I was shooting at!
