Looks rather interesting. It is a sub-compact, but in 9mm vs 380. It isn't cheap - around $600, but compared to a Kel-tec at half the price??? Those of us that have shot the PF-9 know that it is not a comfortable gun to shoot. However, I think a lot of that has to do with the strength of the recoil spring. If the spring is too heavy, you risk jamming failures. If too light, the slide really slams into the frame. I'm betting that the P290 will be fairly comfortable to shoot. www.sigsauer.com/products/ShowCatalogProductDetails.aspx?categoryid=70&productid=307

I think The P290 will do well as long as the engineering dept. doesn't release it prior to fully running the design through it's paces. I still think I would choose a PM9 (shhh, don't tell Sig).

I'd be interested in the Solo. Finally, a metal compact 9mm.

I wonder if the Sig will have MIM parts? I'll bet money that the Kimber will.

....Does anyone remember the movie "Die Hard II", when the Hero Bruce, told the entire world that the Glocks was undetectable by Airport X-Ray because the Glocks has "Ceramic Barrels" ?
.....The saddest part is, the most of the general population of movie goers believed it !!!!!!
.....Everyone at my job was buying Glocks after they seen that stupid movie ;D ;D
Ask me why I don't belong to any local forums ;D
