Who are rebels in Libya?

So our highly esteemed leader of this country has come out in support of the rebels in Libya. Who are these rebels? Who else supports the rebels?

According to the article Al-Qaeda offers support to them. "The enemies of my enemies are my friends". Nice to know our Supreme Commander in Chief is on the side of Al-Qaeda.

Everything in the Middle-East can become Muslim states like Iran, which is far better than a dictatorship.

Fox News is now reporting that AL Qaeda is urging rebels to overthrow Qaddafi. Sure is comforting to know this administration has joined hands with Al Qaeda to defeat the government of another nation.

I thought the liberals were against having us involved in trying to bring democracy to other nations. What a bunch of hypocrites.
