This happened in India. Since he didn't want to live without her, and he didn't want her to live without him, he cut her head off with a knife.
Now if this had happened in the US, there would be all these calls for banning knifes. Also, they would want a government grant to study how this could be prevented in the future. Obviously, society failed this poor girl and boy. Oh yeah, and it was all George Bush's fault.
