...In my home State, of Georgia, We had a Bill Passed and signed into Law, that allows for license gun owners to carry into establishments that serves alcoholic beverages...With stipulations...The establishment must have a certain amount food inventory vs that of alcoholic beverages in stock on the premises......Another is the consumption of Alcohol by the holder of the firearm.
....Mostly, This Law is to go in restaurants that serves these beverages, without having to leave your firearm in your vehicle. In Ga.; We have Firearm Licenses, which means that we can carry open or concealed..but we still have a long way to go with our State Laws.
