The simple answer is yes. It divides the Country and pisses people off. That way, the ~ 98% of the people (households under $250K/year) might vote for the savior, BO. The real question is, would it really help fix the economy as the Administration claims? Good find TA, but BO will still be successful with his class warfare because of the idiots that believe the rhetoric that the Democratic party has been putting out for years. For example:
The Republicans are for big business and the Democrats are for the working man. OK, lets punish big business. Make them give more to their employees. They raise their prices in oder to still make a profit. Who gets hurt the most? The poor.
