Either I'm tired, or the wine I had with supper was too strong. I can't pick out the difference between their CPX-1 and their CPX-2. Either way they look like an interesting gun for concealed carry. sccy.comI like "Lifetime Warranty"; however, I wonder if it is the lifetime of the weapon or the lifetime of the manufacturer. ;D

just now getting to these, TMan? I'd thought you'd have one by now after the discussion on .380's last year.
according to the link you provided. • Manual Guarded Safety: CPX‐1 only. Newly designed with a guard molded into the frame. CPX-2 has NO manual safety.

Thanks 5OT, I missed that somehow. Could it be something I ate? More than likely something I drank. I just added SCCY (it used to be called SKYY) to Becky's database during a football game yesterday. I also added "Primary Weapons System". http:www.primaryweapons.com another maker of black guns, and Black Rain Ordnance blackrainordnance.com/index.phpSigh, I'm getting bored again. I just bought a radio controlled truck that runs on gas. Since the pump for the streams is shut down for the winter, I can use the rock bed as a track. I moved more guns to off-site storage so I am looking at rifles again, but haven't found anything interesting. One of my renter's family owns a couple thousand acres about 3 hours from here. He said any time I wanted to go there and shoot I was welcome to do so. I'm thinking maybe 50BMG, but shoulder surgery isn't something I want to go through again.

While I always enjoy your reviews of the latest and greatest, I'd think that your tendency to buy, try, and store would be well put to use in collecting historical or rare firearms.
Just more rambling thoughts...

MLB, the problem with collecting old and historical firearms is that I wouldn't know if I was getting a good deal or not. With new guns I'm paying wholesale, so I know or at least hope that I'm getting a good deal. Prices do vary from distributor to distributor, but I do have code that checks for price changes on guns that I'm interested in.
