I saw a brand new 40cal S&W gun last thursday night that has a key that you insert in a small slot in the bottom of the butt end of the gun. You turn the key one full turn and the grips just fall off of it. There are 3 aets of grips that come with this gun and all are different sizes. You change them out in about 30 secs to the next pair. This is a pistol and not a revolver but still a unique item to see for sure.

You turn the key one full turn and the grips just fall off of it. ...These locks , on the newer S&W Revolvers, are called The Clinton Locks, name after Bill Clinton. These Clinton Locks increased the values of the older S&W Revolvers.

That is a nice feature (the adjustable grips, not the lock). My Walther P99 was one of the first handguns with various backstraps to make it fit your hand better. There are a bunch of them now.
