Hmmm, it might work for me because I've always had this left-eye dominant and being right handed problem.
Previously I tried just canting the pistol to about 45 degrees, aiming with the left eye. The problem was that I ended up getting the brass in the face.
By having the pistol closer to my face, the brass should go over my head from the H&K Elite vs hitting me in the center of my forehead.
My concern with this is if I screwed up and forgot what I was shooting, and did it with something that had a lot of recoil. I could end up having teh left side of my face rebuilt again. I've been through that before (head-on car accident), it isn't fun and I don't want to do it again.
