.....In the first video, the guy stated that his pistol & holster was snatched from his person by a police officer.

....Riddle Me with this :

.....If a cop could easily snatch his rig, what makes him think that anyone else couldn't snatch his rig from him ?

......I don't know much about the carry laws in his State, but, in The State of Georgia, our carry laws allows for State Carry Holders to carry concealed or in the open. I prefer to carry concealed. Maybe this will shed some light on this topic :

....In the top videos, you will notice that when the citizens was approached by the police, they refused to give up their names. I really don't understand this kind of logic, because, if I was to be approached by a police officer, for carrying a handgun, I would display my State Carry Permit without having anymore words exchanged.

.....It seems as though these cry babies was looking to be approached before hand......Do the Math : Open Carry + Camera in Hand + Public Places + Police = "Confrontation"

.....It's interesting to me, most of those, that carries their handguns in the open, does this in the Walmarts and the Starbucks Coffee Shops, and most of them have plastic pistols with plastic holsters.

I don't need the drama. Even if open carry were legal in NYS, mine would remain hidden from view.

We have No carry rules here so these kind of incidents never occur. If they do you are going with them for sure to their house for a indefinite visit. We are also very fortunate that we do not have very many shootings here also so there really is no need to carry at all. Knives are used more often then guns up here it seems as its less of a sentence as well.
