Just bought this CZ 455 Lux in .22 LR on Monday and got to shoot it the first time yesterday. I am very impressed. It has adjustable iron sights that were factory set for 50 meters. I was getting better groups at 50 yds with the irons sights than I was with a Ruger 10/22 that has a Nikon 3-9 X 50mm scope.
The barrel is free floated and the trigger is adjustable. I used a Lyman trigger pull gauge and adjusted the pull to 2.0 lb. It is designed so that the caliber can be changed by just switching the barrel and magazine. So for $145 I can have a .22 WMR or a .17 HMR. I love the looks and the walnut stock. That makes it look like a rifle should look. The only thing I'm not pleased with is the five round magazine that came with the gun. Five rounds is not much for a .22 and they should have provided at least a 10 rounder.
I bought it mainly for shooting in rimfire competition and think I may have a winner.

Those are a very nice rifle and I suspect you will get to enjoy it for a long time to come. I have a Anshutz sportster that I use myself with a very decent older Nikon scope on It that I use for this purpose myself. Got to save up for a model 54 or 64 in the Annie lineup. Or maybe one like yours.

Those are nice rifles. I've seen some at ranges, but never shot one. I like the looks of them, and have not read bad reviews of them. Good and safe shooting.
