Since I have nothing to do but entertain my self here in the apartment, my brother suggested that I do something I've never done: read novels.
Right next to the hotel that our apartment is in there is a large mall and it has a book store. In India the official language is Hindi, but since there are 14 major languages, the real language is English. Therefore, the bookstore has English books (no Bibles by the way).
My brother suggested books by John Grisham, and yesterday I finished reading A Time to Kill.
My favorite line in the book, and the reason I'm posting this, was when the sheriff asked Jake, the lawyer, if he had a rifle. Jake replied: " I've got enough guns to invade Cuba". Now that is my kind of guy

For the past few years, I've beengoing back to read the books that I was required to read in High School and college. I was less interested in reading them then. Often I was just reading for the quiz. Most of them were a pleasure to read. Dante'a Inferno was still a chore though.
Steven Hunter has some good fiction for gun guys too.

I seem to do a lot of Automotive related reading for the most part. Old Auto's newspaper which is published in Bothwell Canada is my favorite. Its delivered to my home about every two weeks and I get lost in the articles about Old vehicles. It is extremely well written Newspaper and any thing to do with Guns of course. Both of these topics are my full time hobbies which I have enjoyed all of my life. Too late to change now and why would I want to as well.
