So the two countries have not been able to reach agreement on nuclear energy.  Suddenly Obama gets here and has a meeting with PM Modi.  Within hours it hits the news here that a deal had been reached between Obama and Modi.  Problem solved.  Wonder who blinked.  Bet it was Modi.  Obama sells out US security again.

India actually has had the Candu reactor for many years now which is a Nuclear Reactor for hydro Electric purposes. Even tho it uses a radiation type product for fuel it is one of the safest designs ever built. Made by Canadians actully
