Due to Current demand for 223 ammunition, that is being fueled by the proposed changes to ATF's exemption for the M855/SS109, we are back logged beyond our component and manufacturing capability for this moment. Obama to Ban Bullets by Executive Action

As promised, President Obama is using executive actions to impose gun control on the nation, targeting the top-selling rifle in the country, the AR-15 style semi-automatic, with a ban on one of the most-used AR bullets by sportsmen and target shooters.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives this month revealed that it is putting the ban on 5.56mm ammo on a fast track, immediately driving up the price of the bullets and prompting retailers, including the huge outdoors company Cabela’s, to urge sportsmen to urge Congress to stop the president.

Every ten years, the BATFE publishes its Regulation Guide. When last published in 2005, it listed M855 ammunition as exempt from its definition of armor piercing. News editor Katie Pavlich of Townhall reports that the new guide, published in January, no longer includes the exemption. Yet the BATFE is still in the public comment period about its proposal to reclassify the green-tip ammunition as armor piercing. Has the BATFE already banned the common AR-15 rifle ammo? I doubt he will be able to completely pull all of the 5.56 ammo off of the market place as that is totally ridiculous move on his part just like 95% of everything he does. You can buy the gun but not the food for it. That's a joke just like Obama himself. Thankfully everyday that goes by is one less this person will be in office. There is hope for a better future when he is NOT in office.

....Since Obama was elected; The panic sales has been at the highest levels, since Clinton was in office. The Panic Sales began, before Obama took the oath of office.
