Obama's response to Brussels attack

So after this terror attack in Brussels, Obama immediately flew back to Washington to call European leaders to plan a response.  What?  Oh, he went to a baseball game.  I'm sure that really scares the crap out of the ISIS leaders.

What needs to happen is some of the NATO countries declare war.  Obama wouldn't have a choice because of the treaty we have with NATO.
