So you get 2 more rounds than what you would get with the P220? I don't think I'll be running out to buy one any time soon.

...SIG Sauer P227 Pistol seems to have a double wide double stacking ammunition magazine with a wide magazine grip. The P-220 is a single stacking loader, with a 8 round ammunition capacity.
....Packing these many .45 rounds in a pistol magazine; I would have to purchase one, in order to form a honest opinion. My main concern would be feeding and the ease of carry.
What I like about my P-220 pistols,they was manufactured in West Germany with the lighter weight steel stamped sildes.
