Talked to Susan Maxwell at Ruger today, she is supervisor of Customer Service. She said my New Ruger P95 will be shipped out tomorrow! All this at no charge to me. Ruger guns are great, but their cusomer service is what makes Ruger Number 1 to me. If you ever have any problems with a Ruger, it's great to know there are people like Mike Smisko, Susan Maxwell, and Collene at Ruger ready to take good care of you.

Some of the nicest people are in the gun industry; Maybe that is why it has grown to the popularity that it has. Ruger is right up there with the best of them.

Some of the nicest people are in the gun industry... The reason they are so nice is because they know all their customers have guns. ;D Incidentally, I always thought that my Ruger P90 was the most ugly of my guns. Then I put the cheap rubber Hogue wrap-around grips on it (they were on sale from Midway for $12.49), and now it isn't bad looking at all. It was the grips that made it look so bad. The only thing I would change about the gun now is I wish the trigger guard came straight back to the handle instead of angling down so much. I would then be able to get a better grip. I'm glad to hear that Ruger service is so good, because I don't ever want to get rid of the P90. It's kind of like my 87 Jetta - ain't the most pretty, but always works.

TMan, I also have a Ruger P90 Stainless, that I just recently put Hogue finger groove grips on. I think it really looks good that way. And my P90 is very accurate, I've had better groups with it than my Para Ordnance P14, and a Kimber that I shot.
